Centre Counselor
Summary of Functions:
The overall objective of the position is to support the development and growth of RISEKIDS Center and to drive aggressively – student enrolment by leveraging local knowledge and relationships.
Duties, Responsibilities & KRAs
- To understand the educational vision and philosophy of RISEKIDS.
- To supervise the smooth and safe operations of the learning center.
- To plan and implement marketing plans for driving Enrollments through generating customer walk ins and conversions.
- To ensure all relevant and effective communication with parents at appropriate times.
- To prepare and maintain the admission and related forms; school calendar, diary and related administration documents.
- To ensure adherence to all policies, systems and processes for its smooth and effective operations.
- To ensure regular inventory of all resources and their maintenance.
Teacher

- To take care of the learners in your care.
- To prepare and deliver lessons as per the curriculum.
- To assess learners and report on their learning.
- To put up displays as required.
- To contribute to the development of the curriculum resources.
- To contribute to and take part in the school events and activities.
- To attend the PTM and all school events and meetings.
- To work with the Principal and peers as required.
